Adelaide’s best wildlife experiences

WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO

Animals Anonymous is owned and run by Adrian Sherriff and Dianne Pearson. Both Adrian and Dianne have a professional background in conservation, wildlife husbandry and ecology, with a passion for education and awareness.

They facilitate wildlife handling workshops for the School of Animals and Veterinary Sciences at the University of Adelaide and wildlife handling and trapping workshops for Flinders University.

Dianne and Adrian produce the Aussie Wildlife Show, the best wildlife and nature podcast for Australian wildlife in the world!

At Animals Anonymous we have the largest range of friendly and interactive wildlife in South Australia. Established in 2007, our core purpose is connecting people with their local natural environment.

We offer quokka encounters, wombat encounters, yellow-footed rock wallaby encounters. You can also meet quolls, potoroos, bettongs, gliders, bandicoots, dunnarts. Or, have a reptile encounter, with over 30 species such as pythons, goannas, geckos, turtles, dragons. Also meet owls, frogmouths, parrots, amphibians and so much more!

On one of our encounters, you get hands-on experiences, without lining up with lots of people and looking at animals through their cages.

The trade off is our professional presenters will not only entertain you, but they’ll help you to learn about these beautiful animals and understand how you can help the wildlife in your local area.

If you visit us we can offer a wildlife experience in our piece of remnant woodland, with over 110 species of native vascular plants, set in the Mount Lofty Ranges, one of Australia’s 15 biodiversity hotspots.
